Training Options

  • Individual Training Sessions – $42-$60/hr
  • Semi-Private Sessions (groups of 2-5) – $20-$35/hr
  • Classes (one-time commitment) – $15/hr
  • Camps (commitment over multiple days) – $15/hr
  • Written Programs (to be done in the gym or at home) – $30/hr private, $10/hr group
